Indian black money in Swiss bank Rs.4,479 crores in 628 accounts

NEW DELHI : Indian government list the black money holders in Swiss Bank. Indian black money in Swiss bank Rs.4,479 crores.  First time that the Indian federal government has published a list of black money holders in Swiss bank.  Foreign banks , including the Swiss bank , the Indians , many tax evasion and black money stashed there . Take steps to bring the black money recovering demand , senior counsel Ram Jethmalani  filed a lawsuit in Supreme Court.

In addition , the Supreme Court ordered to take legal action , a former judge of the Supreme Court M.P.Shah as chairman, vice- chairman and a former Justice Arijit Pasaiya , 11 persons as members of the Federal Government has set up a special investigation team  for black money.

Meanwhile , the Supreme Court ordered the foreign banks , particularly HSBC in Geneva in Switzerland A list of 628 people who have a bank account report by  Federal Government in last October, was filed on the 29th. In HSBC bank 628  accounts , 201 people not live in India , or they can not find. Only to take action on 427 people will be able
